Important: True Health Checkup does not own or operate any laboratory, does not collect blood or other samples, and does not perform diagnostic tests. All sample collection, testing, report generation, and related medical services are provided exclusively by our independent partner laboratories.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or you are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian laws.

5. Partner Laboratory Responsibility

are performed exclusively by independent partner laboratories.

Each laboratory is solely responsible for:

Its medical staff
Phlebotomists
Diagnostic procedures
Testing methodology
Quality standards
Report accuracy

True Health Checkup does not modify, edit, or certify laboratory reports.

6. No Medical Advice

The information available on this Platform is intended only for booking and informational purposes.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes:
